This U.S. State Privacy Notice supplements the Privacy Policy and applies to residents of U.S. states that provide consumer privacy rights under applicable state privacy laws.

Depending on where you live and whether a particular law applies to us, you may have additional rights.

We may collect these categories of personal information:

• identifiers, such as name, email, account ID, IP address, and device identifiers;

• commercial information, such as subscriptions, billing records, invoices, payment status, and service history;

• internet or electronic network activity, such as log data, usage data, API activity, browser events, and security events;

• geolocation information, such as approximate location derived from IP address;

• professional or employment-related information, such as company, role, workspace membership, and team metadata;

• inferences, such as product preferences, workspace activity patterns, or service usage insights;

• customer content and user-generated content, such as tasks, comments, wiki pages, attachments, and integration data;

• sensitive personal information only where you provide it or where it appears in Customer Content. You should not submit sensitive personal information unless necessary and authorized.

2. Purposes of Use

We use personal information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including:

• providing and securing the Service;

• authentication and authorization;

• workspace collaboration;

• MCP and automation authorization/auditing;

• billing and subscription management;

• support;

• analytics and product improvement;

• abuse prevention;

• legal compliance;

• marketing where permitted.

3. Sale or Sharing

We do not sell personal information for money.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of children under 16.

If applicable state law treats certain analytics, advertising, or cookie activity as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” you may opt out through cookie preferences or by contacting privacy@thetam.app. We do not currently use Customer Content for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics except where you intentionally submit such information to the Service and processing is needed to provide the Service, secure it, comply with law, or handle your request.

5. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to:

• know/access personal information;

• correct inaccurate personal information;

• delete personal information;

• obtain a portable copy;

• opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling where applicable;

• limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;

• appeal a denied request;

• be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

We may verify your identity by asking for information associated with your account or workspace. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification.

7. Appeals

If we deny your request and applicable law provides an appeal right, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or contacting privacy@thetam.app with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”

8. Retention

We retain personal information according to the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion, Export, and Retention Policy.

9. Notice Updates

We may update this Notice as laws, product behavior, and processing practices change.
