EU/UK Privacy Supplement

This Supplement applies where EU, UK, or Swiss data protection laws apply to our processing of personal data.

1. Controller and Processor Roles

For account, billing, website, security, support, and business operations, Privatica, Inc. may act as controller.

For Customer Content processed on behalf of a business customer, Privatica, Inc. may act as processor/service provider under a Data Processing Addendum.

2. Legal Bases

We rely on:

• contract performance;

• legitimate interests;

• consent;

• legal obligations;

• protection of rights and safety where applicable.

3. International Transfers

We are based in the United States. Personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries.

Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, transfer impact assessments, Data Privacy Framework participation if certified, or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We are not certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework unless listed in the official Data Privacy Framework registry.

4. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, export, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
