TAM respects intellectual property rights. This Policy explains how copyright owners may submit notices and how users may submit counter-notices.

1. Copyright Contact

2. DMCA Designated Agent

If TAM qualifies as an online service provider requiring a DMCA designated agent, we will make the designated agent information available on the website and register the agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

3. Notice Requirements

A copyright notice should include:

a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;

identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;

identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information sufficient to locate it;

contact information for the complaining party;

a statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;

a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

4. Response

We may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material and may notify the affected user.

5. Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to copyright@thetam.app. Counter-notices must include information required by law.

6. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
