This Policy explains how TAM handles deletion, export, and retention of account, workspace, and product data.
1. Exports
Workspace owners and authorized administrators may export available workspace data where export features are provided.
Export formats and scope may vary by feature and plan.
2. Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of account or workspace data by contacting support@thetam.app or privacy@thetam.app.
Business customers control data in their workspaces. If your account belongs to an organization, we may direct your request to the workspace owner or administrator.
3. Retention After Deletion
Deleted data may remain in:
• backups for a limited period;
• security logs;
• audit logs;
• billing records;
• legal compliance records;
• dispute, abuse, fraud, and security records;
• records we must retain to comply with law or enforce agreements.
4. Service Accounts and Logs
Service-account metadata, MCP/tool-call audit records, authorization records, and security logs may be retained after service-account deletion where needed for accountability, security, compliance, or dispute resolution.
5. Backups
Backups are retained for operational resilience and restored only where necessary. Data deleted from production systems may remain in backups until normal backup expiration.
6. Legal Holds
We may retain data where required for legal compliance, disputes, investigations, enforcement, security, fraud prevention, or court/government requests.
