These Beta, Pilot, and Early Access Terms apply to TAM private pilots, early access, invite-only use, previews, experimental features, and evaluation environments.
1. Beta Nature
Beta and pilot features may be incomplete, unstable, unavailable, changed, limited, or discontinued.
2. Use Restrictions
Do not use beta or pilot environments for regulated, high-impact, safety-critical, or mission-critical workloads unless we expressly agree in writing.
3. Feedback
You agree that we may use feedback to improve the Service without restriction or compensation.
4. Data
Beta environments may have different retention, backup, availability, monitoring, and support characteristics from production services unless stated otherwise.
5. No SLA
Beta and pilot services are provided without SLA unless a written agreement states otherwise.
6. Conversion to Paid Service
A pilot or beta may convert into a paid subscription only under an order form, checkout flow, or written agreement.
