This page lists categories of third-party service providers that may help us operate TAM. The actual list may vary by deployment, plan, geography, and customer agreement.
1. Payment Processing
• Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, invoices, payment method handling.
2. Hosting and Infrastructure
Cloud hosting, container hosting, database, storage, DNS, CDN, observability, logging, and backup providers may be used to operate the Service.
Specific providers may be listed in customer agreements, deployment documentation, or updated versions of this page.
3. Email and Communications
Email delivery, support inbox, transactional messages, incident notices, and customer communications providers may be used.
4. Analytics and Monitoring
Product analytics, error tracking, uptime monitoring, security logging, and diagnostic providers may be used where enabled.
5. Integrations
If you connect third-party services, those services may process data according to your configuration and their terms, including GitHub or other workflow platforms.
6. Updates
We may update this page as providers change. For enterprise customers, advance notice of material subprocessor changes may be provided if agreed in a DPA or order form.
